Bob Hickle has been a resident of Island Creek Township for 33 years, and a gun and shooting enthusiast since birth.
Years ago, Bob had the crazy idea to start his own Sporting Clay range (so that he wouldn't have to drive all the way to Blue Sky). Island Creek Sporting Clays is a start at making that psychotic notion a reality. Bob has carved 16 stations out of 80 acres of natural forest . He has had shooting stands built for each station - several of them featuring roofs and benches. Bob has also developed an area for picnicking, and has plans to expand with a five stand, clubhouse and a second Sporting Clay course.
Bob is married to the perfect woman - and has two beautiful daughters, as well as six exceptionally intelligent grandchildren. The sons-in-law may not maintain the psycho quotient of the rest of the family... but we may keep them around for a few more years for their contributions to the general sanity of the holiday season.
